Group Project
Hye guys, it's me Haa again, do you guys still remember the story I told about the Bateriku and Mr Shahrul? So, today, I want to tell you guys what and how we choose Bateriku before we proceed with our progression after the interview session. On 14 November, Madam Wan Nor Amalinaa who is my lecturer of ISP500 shared the project description on Google Classroom. As usual, we need to find 4 to 5 members to create a group. Due to the project description, we as a whole team member need to identify a segment of business that you would like to represent and analyze it using Michael Porter’s, Value Chain and Five Forces Models. There are a few more descriptions of this group project, here I state the picture of the group project description.
It was hard at first to find the company business where madam Wan Nor Amalina said we need to find a not a small neither a big company. It took us 2 weeks to find the right business and fortunately our group member, Fauzan has a relative that owns a company as a franchise manager which is his uncle. His uncle which is Mr Shaharul that I told before is a franchise manager at a few stores of Bateriku in Malaysia. The branch that we discussed in the interview session is at the Semenyih one. Bateriku is a business that serves the service of repairing the battery. Bateriku also has a website, Bateriku.com, here are the link we can go to the website and their social media.

After my team member, Fauzan asked his uncle for this kind of interview. Luckily, his uncle agrees to make an interview with us due to our assignment project. We set the interview at the 28th of December 2021 at night. We prepared a lot of questions before asking Mr Shahrul and we also have a session class to check our interview questions before we proceed.
